This is according to a recent medical study. Research has shown that regular exercise is the best and most tried and tested way to treat back pain. Exercise and stenoma training is a more successful method for back pain patients than any other treatment.

The University of Sydney study found that people who are accustomed to a variety of exercises have a 35% reduction in back pain within a year. And by adopting proper sitting posture, their risk of this pain is reduced by 45%.

Researchers say that the same results are obtained from the medicines available for this pain. It is believed that back pain affects four out of every five people in the world at some point in their life, due to which lifting heavy objects. Or the wrong way of bending, etc. are worth mentioning. Often this pain lasts for several weeks, but for most people this problem lasts for a year while for some it lasts for years and then till the end of life.

The researchers found that people who exercised had a significant reduction in this condition over a 12-month period and that there were long-term benefits to maintaining physical activity habits.
